Cannabidiol is derived from the female part of the marijuana plant and contains either trace amounts of the high-inducing THC, or none whatsoever. So if it doesn't get you stoned, faded, baked or ripped, what's it used for?

CBD has only been legal in jurisdictions like the United Kingdom and the U.S. since 2018, so it's no wonder there are still many people who don't really know what CBD is for.
Unfortunately, we're still at a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to answering this question, because it hasn't been studied as much as other therapeutics in the five years it's been legal, and because it's not legal to grow the marijuana plants from which CBD is derived in many jurisdictions around the world.

When my wife broke her leg, CBD products were a great help to her.
